     Q: Do you offer custom arrangements?
    A: Yes, we can create custom arrangements based on your specifications and budget. 

    Q: Can I see samples of your work?

    A: We have a gallery of designs on our website & Instagram.

    Q: How do I place an order?

    A: You can place an order online, by phone, or in person. The Hood Florist offers a simple online ordering process, with options to customize arrangements. 

    Do you offer same-day delivery?

    A: Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed MON-SAT before 1pm & at least 3-48 hours before desired delivery time However, deliveries are dependent on route and driver availability. 

    Q: How early in advance do I need to place my order?

    A: For vased arrangements and bouquets at leased 24 hours in advance.
